Executive Development

The NASCAR Diversity Internship Program is a paid internship that seeks undergraduate and graduate students from diverse backgrounds and experiences to contribute to the fast-paced NASCAR industry.

23XI Racing offers onsite, virtual, and hybrid internships each semester. This paid internship program, ($15/hr) lasts for 10 weeks in the following departments: Finance/Accounting Engineering, (summer only) Social and Digital Media, Partnership Management, Data Analytics and more!
